Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Nammude (operated by eeAIglobal, Bangalore) collects, why, and your rights, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, mobile number, and preferred language.
- Property data: addresses and on-ground contact details you save in order to book services at those locations.
- Booking data: services booked, schedules, statuses, reviews, and payment records (payment card details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us).
- Professional data: for registered Professionals — identity, experience, service areas, and, for healthcare providers, qualifications and registration details, used for verification.
How we use it
To operate the Platform: matching you with nearby Professionals, processing bookings and payments, sending one-time login codes and booking status updates (via WhatsApp/SMS), preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the Professional fulfilling your booking (limited to what they need), our payment processor (Razorpay), and messaging providers used to deliver codes and updates.
Storage and security
Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption in transit, hashed one-time codes, and strict access controls. We retain data as long as your account is active or as required by law.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for optional processing, by contacting us (see Contact). We respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
